Let It Be (1970)

In May 1970, 15 months after it's been recorded, as some sort of "post scriptum" along with the movie of the same name the album Let It Be was released. It is often been said to have been the Beatles' swan's song. On this album yet there are some great hits such as Let It Be and The Long And Winding Road, which was realeased as the final Beatles single shortly after. With this album and the film it was put into a nutshell again: The Beatles, voice of a decade, the most successful band of all time, did not exist anymore.
