I wrote these small pieces 1985 at the beginning of my second start as a composer,
having just abandoned my writing Jazz music.
They oscillate between freely written "improvisations" and structural
calculations, a field of tension which was to fascinate me for a long time after
still.
Especially in the second and the third piece, both called interludes, I used
loop - structures, which have become my main interest in the meantime.
