A swipe gesture is a fast mouse drag or touch move to the left, right, up or down. It's a "Turn the Page" gesture that needs a certain speed and distance to be different from a scroll- or select-gesture.
Mind that a swipe-left means that the user wants to see what is on the right (next page), which is contrary to a scrollbar move!
When you see a "-" in the detector, the move was too slow, when a "+" appears, it was swipe speed. When the direction of the swipe gesture is displayed, a swipe event was actually triggered by the detector.
Use the input fields to modify the parameters for the swipe detector.
