With the
deposit you confirm the following reservation conditions.
Payment:

25% deposit to fix the reservation

75% rest before arrival
Cancellation:
·
1 month before arrival -> half of deposit.
·
Less than 1 month before arrival -> half of
the confirmed rent is due.
Rent conditions:
· It is your duty to use the appartment as well as the wellness and general rooms with
gentle and carefully
· All demage
which causes on destructive use, has to be paid at departure.
· The lodger is responsible for all persons
of his appartment.
·
No animals are allowed.
·
One parking slot for each appartment
The price
includes the costs for electricity and heating, bed-,
table linen and towels and the use of our spa (sauna, steam bath) during the
winter.
The
sauna is open for all our guests from 5 to 9 p.m. and the steam bath from 5 to
8 p.m.
Extra costs:
· final cleaning
· tourism taxes per person over 15
years old
· using sauna and steam bath June -
