HTML Browser is an Offline File Browser to view HTML Content.
It's written in Objective C and uses the Cocoa Framework and the Safari Web Kit
The program is based apon the Example Program "PictureBrowser" with several modifications.
Handling
a) Select New or Open.
New shows the Home Directory and with open you can select your start folder
b) Now you can browse the selected folder and its subfolders.
c) To view a file simple select it.
To delete the file select it and the press backspace or the Delete
Button.

Handling
Encryption
a) Select or enter an Basic File.
b) Enter a Text in the Text Field to the Right or load a Text via the Button
c) Select Encrypt
d) Enter a Filename in the Save Dialog
Decryption
a) Select or enter a Basic File.
b) Select or enter an Encrypted File.
c) Select Decrypt
d) The Encrypted Text will be loaded to Text Field to the Right
