My studio at
Clemens Hofbauerplatz has got all the equipment required:
• electric ciln
• 3 wheels
• slab press
• all kinds of ceramic tools
There is enough working
space for 6 to 8 people
I usually fire up to
1250 °C (stoneware)

TUITION
There is no fixed programme.
Each participant develops
her/his own one. I am there
to support you in bringing
it into reality. You tell
me what you are planning
to do and I show how to
do it. All pieces are
glazed by the participants
themselves.

BEGINNERS:
learn the basic techniques like
• thumb bowls in one piece
• coiling
• working with slabs
ADVANCED STUDENTS:
• can try different kinds of decoration
• coloured slips, wax resist, burnishing
• modelling
• throwing
