T.O.B.'s BLUESMOBILE-PAGE

THE STORY:
It happened one night, somewhere in the middle of nowhere on the German Autobahn. The "Brothers" were on tour, when suddenly and without warning, their "Bluesmobile" passed away.

Though they tried everything, they weren't able to fix it again. What should they do? Take a "normal" car? NO FRICKIN' WAY!!!

So they started to search something, that would suit their needs.

They discovered a beautiful '74 Chevy Caprice, for which they traded in an old "Landrover" which they had traded in for a microphone and one of their backup-singers:

Well, it didn't look like much. Helmood especially didn't like it at all. He still loved their old "Bluesmobile". But it was undoubtedly gone forever.

Jake B. was more optimistic, that the new car would suit their expectations into a real "Bluesmobile".

Especially, after he had checked out all the useful "extras" inside:

The Original Brothers' Bluesmobile differs from those replicas you might have seen elsewhere. First of all, it's not a Dodge (unfortunately) and second: it's not painted in the classic black&white "outfit". The Brothers decided to have their Bluesmobile look like a Chicago Police cruiser. Just as those you might have seen in the movie, chasing Jake and Elwood all across the city. The Original Brothers decided to take this different look to underline, that they do not want to copy the Blues Brothers, but to follow their tracks...
