If you see "JavaScript Version," this just means that the text will pop up in a little window of it's own. It looks a bit nicer, but only if you use my fonts and font sizes. Some of the windows are larger than 640×480, so if that's your screen resolution, rather use the standard version.
Dialogs of the Dead tend to be somewhat silly, and the book from which I have taken this dialog is not only no exception but in fact more so than many others. Most of the dialogs seem examples of Stalinist criticism/ self criticism, and the person with whom the author disagrees usually breaks down pretty fast.
But among them there is this one dialog that does not feature any celebrities and is really quite funny—in its way.

I occasionally check them and remove the broken ones, I sometimes do add new ones, but I don't actually use them and won't notice if the site has changed character since I added it.
"Know thyself" is a superfluous injunction: one can't help knowing oneself, the thing is to stop others from finding out.
An individualist is a man who says: 'I will not run anyone's life - nor let anyone run mine. I will not rule or be ruled. I will not be a master nor a slave. I will not sacrifice myself to anyone - nor sacrifice anyone to myself.'
