Despite the similarities in title, interface and marketing
(subtitle was A sizzling evening with Sam & Donna
)
this game has nothing whatsoever to do with Artworx Strip Poker II.
Versions
- Sinclair ZX Spectrum, published in the
UK by Anco and in Spain by System 4.
- MSX. Identical with the Spectrum version.
- Amstrad CPC. It used Mode 1 and the
same graphics as Spectrum and MSX, only the interface graphics were
a bit different.
- Commodore 64. This version is rather
mysterious. It has exactly the same interface graphics as
Artworx Strip Poker and has therefore
been mistaken for a hack of the latter. It has also been claimed
that it was never released, but a box scan exists (of the re-release
by Byte Back), making this theory implausible.
- Acorn BBC and Electron. I know no details
about this version, it exists, but it might be inofficial.
- Atari ST.
- Amiga.
Then there were a couple of versions that were announced, but never
released.
- IBM PC. The screenshot looks like CGA composite mode. Again there
is no trace to be found.
- Acorn Archimedes. This version was only announced in an ad, I have
not even seen a screenshot.
