Crosso is not just a remake of Cromo, Motelsoft's MaxIt game for the Atari ST. There are a few differences, apart from the completely new graphics. The playing field has been enlarged to 12×12 squares, the largest I have ever seen in a MaxIt game. The AI has been marginally improved, the computer won't just always choose the highest number.
There are some extra options, you can choose between two difficulty settings, and between a (nearly) full board and one with about one out of three tiles already removed, as in the screenshot above. If you want to, you can repeat a game with exactly the same board layout.
In spite of its interesting features, Crosso is a disappointing game. Cromo makes a better impression.

their old games as they could still dig out. The site is in German
