Erotic Tetris Clones
Tetris isn't as good a basis for an erotic games as, say, Qix or MaxIt or Breakout, for in all these games an area is cleared during gameplay, so it is somehow intuitive to use this area for a picture of sorts. But Tetris is simply so popular that it nonetheless has been used quite often. Most of these games, however, are actually more closely related to Columns than to the original Tetris.
