There isn't really a game called Interactive Girls. What is usually known under this name is a collection of entertaining programs by the Interactive Girls Club, some of which might qualify as games and most of which use the same engine:
that tiger-eyed, sophisticated yet fun looking woman, as a fan described her. As in Immoral Study, you can make some wrong decisions, but it's mostly quite intuitive.

There's not much more to say about Interactive Girls. It's not a game in the strictest sense, though in some episodes there are some decisions that will influence the outcome. It's just a piece of light-hearted entertainment, no need to praise it, no need to sneer at it either.
The Milk Round and Erotic Bytes were, by the way, are not the only connection Jo Guest has with computer games. Around 1996, she modeled for a few game ads in UK magazines. According to the Jo Guest FAQ, these games include Tetris Plus, Onside Soccer, and Assault Rigs, but the most (in)famous was probably the one for Battlecruiser 3000 AD, incidentally the only one I could dig up as well:

For Jo Guest fans Interactive Girls will be of special interest, for it was done early in her career, before she appeared in Loaded and became the sex symbol of the New Lads. Besides, The Milk Round is about as raunchy as Jo (who, unlike Vida Garman, never did hardcore) ever got.
