Hextris
After Blockout and Columns, Hextris is the third big Tetris spin-off. It replaces the tetrominoes with pieces consisting of four hexagons.Hextris was first written in 1990 as Xhextris for the X-Window system by David Markley, who later created a Java version, too.

It is interesting that there does not seem to be a single Hextris for the Atari ST.
