Hollywood Poker Pro was the first major (it was released on three platforms parallely) strip poker game that departed from the template Artworx had introduced: Cards at the bottom of the screen, reclining opponent above. Hollywood Poker Pro moved the cards to a column at the side, leaving a square window for the opponent, thus allowing the model to strike a far greater variety of poses.
While the three versions of the original Hollywood Poker were thoroughly different, the differences have now become marginal: The Amiga version is the only one where the opponent menu has color photographs, in-game the opponents often appear in interior scenes instead of before a black background, the cards area is textured. Personally I prefer the simpler, clearer ST version. The Commodore 64 was pushed to its limit, or maybe beyond it, by the color photographs.
A cheat (reported for Amiga and tested on ST): Hold down 'H' and 'F9' at the same time and 100 credits will go from your opponents account to your own. You can repeat this as often as you like.
