Hollywood Poker was quite different on the three platforms it was
released on.
On the Commodore 64, there were black and white photographs of the opponents, displayed in four grayscales. They looked surprisingly good, and Hollywood Poker is sometimes considered the best strip poker game for this platform.
The Atari ST version had essentially the same photographs, but tinted in red and of course in a higher resolution. It had a real title screen with a vertically scrolling welcome message, while the C64 displayed the title in a marquee under an opponent pic.
On the Amiga, the opponents were color photographs, and the title was quite standard and boring. Both 16-bit versions used a higher resolution for the cards and interface.
In the USA, Hollywood Poker for the Amiga has been distributed both under its original name and under the name Adult Poker. The manual mentions an Amstrad CPC (or Schneider CPC, as it was called in Germany) version, but I found no further evidence of its existence, and maybe it was never released.
In the UK, Pokestripper was sold as the ZX version of Hollywood Poker.
1989 there was a sequel, Hollywood Poker Pro.

Holger Gehrmann saw himself primarily as a composer. In an interview he said he considered Hollywood Poker his best composition. He remained in the game industry, composing and programming, for nearly a decade. The last game I know him to have been involved in was the spoofy 1995 hospital sim Biing!
Unrelated to Holger Gehrmann's C64 game, there is an online game
of the same name. It is not a strip poker game, instead it is a
virtual poker table where players, represented by finely crafted
3D-avatars, play against each other, not against some AI.
Hollywood Poker can be downloaded (Windows only) or run in your browser (Java) without the need to download anything. It is free to sign up and play, unless you want to play for real money. One central feature, and probably the reason it is called Hollywood Poker, is that you get the chance to play with Hollywood celebrities here. Actor James Woods and World Poker Tour television commentator Vince Van Patten are the current celebrity spokesmen.
