These are solid, well-done Boulderdash clones, differing from the original mainly in levels and graphics, and the lack of walls that can be blown up. They do not pester the player with annoying logo screens as for example Stonebreaker from the same publisher.
It is remarkable is that as late as 2001, when even amateur programmers had mostly deserted DOS, there still was a semi-commercial game running on this platform, in the classic lo-res 13h mode. In 2007, there were still several sites where you could buy the full versions.
