Omamoku is a quiet, well-done game with an AI that isn't easy to beat. It is not flashy, but elegant and shows a lot of love for details. You can choose whether you want to play in classic Gomoku (Go board) or Noughts-and-Crosses style. If you choose the later, you can freely configure the colors within the range your Mac offers.
