This is a very old DOS Othello. I know nothing about this program. What little text there is is in French, so I suppose the programmer was French, Québécois or maybe Swiss. Even the year is more of a guess than anything else. On the Nostalgic Stuff Collection, where I downloaded it, it was listed under the year 1984, and indeed there is a copyright notice under that year within the executable, but by Borland, so it was obviously put there by the compiler. But then again, few people besides me probably care about the exact creation date of an Othello game.
It gives you a decent chance to win and can also be used as a board only by two players. Turns are entered by typing in the coordinates. It is a bit confusing that you have to use capital letters for this.I found a Mancala for the C64 using a strikingly similar screen design.
