As far as gameplay is concerned, Puzzle Beauty is a fairly
straightforward Columns without any
fancy add-ons. It does, however, have a story of sorts. What this
story is I cannot tell, due to my absolute and complete lack of
knowledge of Chinese. But each round is against a lady that
represents a sign of the zodiac. After you've won the round (you
have to reach a certain amount of points) you will see a pic of
her in somewhat reduced dress, pics similar to, but not quite in
manga style, so it's probably not entirely correct to call it a
hentai
game, but it's not far off either.
Of course, each subsequent level gets a bit more difficult. The pieces fall faster, there are more colors, there are obstacles on the playing field. How many levels there are, I do not know; I doubt that the game is over when you're through with the zodiac, but I have never played it long enough to be certain. The music is good, the graphics are pleasing, still it isn't all that exciting a game.
