Multiple tilesets and SVGA graphics are a common feature of solitaire MahJongg games; for Shisen-Sho, Pairs is the only one I know. Likewise, it is not uncommon for Tetris or Columns clones to have animated effects for the vanishing blocks, but again, Pairs is the only Shisen-Sho game I know that blows its blocks to smithereens. Thus I can say that Pairs is the graphically most elaborate Shisen-Sho game I know. This is not really surprising either, since most of the others are from 1989/90.
This may be the only Shisen-Sho implementation ever created for the Amiga, at least it's the only one I've ever come across. In Germany, Shisen-Sho was wildly popular on the Atari platforms, both 8-bit and 16-bit, but it seems this popularity never spilled over to the competition.
