Peg Solitaire
In Europe, Peg Solitaire is often known simply as Solitaire, since
Card Solitaire games are known by their French name
Patience. The name is often supposed to be derived not from the game being
played by a single person, but from the winning condition being a single
peg left on the board.
In the Netherlands, Peg Solitaire is also known as the High IQ game,
in Germany as Schwedisches Halma.
