Between 1991 and 1995 Christian Wolf wrote at least five C64 games for various German magazines. This one was published by Markt & Technik and is a fairly exact copy of Dr. Mario, though, unlike Dr. Rudy on the PC, it does not attempt to imitate the colors and graphics, though the layout of the screen is more or less the same.
The only eye candy the game offers is the logo, which has a chrome finish ever popular on the C64. The bottle and message boxes are very simple, and the pills and germs are in black and white only, probably because they needed to be in hi-res.
