There is no distinct official name for this game. The title screen only says Reversi, with a small by TPSSoft; the menu is headed TPSSoft Reversi Menu; an in-game box displays Reversi 2002 by TPSSoft; while the help screen is titled just Reversi Help. I have decided to list it as Reversi 2002, since I had to call it something.
In spite of being a VGA DOS program and rather small in size, the system requirements of Reversi 2002 aren't all that low. In DOSBox, I had to set the CPU cycles to 15000 for animated loading screen to display correctly. On my machine, this setting usually corresponds with a Pentium. However, I have not tested it outside DOSBox yet.
The AI of Reversi 2002 is rather low. Even on the highest setting (6; 5 is default) it regularily hands the player corners on a silver platter. There is mouse support, but the mouse is not very responsive, I found playing with the keyboard more enjoyable.
