This is it, this is really the original paratrooper-like game. The very next year it was cloned for the PC by young Greg Kuperberg, and ironically, though somewhat predictably, it was this clone that gave the genre (if you can call it that) its name.
There is not really any more to say. In 1999, Sabotage was remade under its original name for the Palm Pilot by Seimitsu Software. One of the three games you can play on an iPod (with Apple's firmware) is Parachute, a remake of Sabotage. The other two are a Breakout clone and Solitaire.
