In the 80s, the UK had Samantha Fox. Italy had Sabrina Salerno.
For a while, the two indulged in a well-staged feud as to who was
the sexier singer. Samantha Fox got her own
strip poker. Sabrina Salerno got this strange little game,
from Spain, where she was very popular, in 1988, the year she turned
twenty, the year she received The Best European Singer
award,
the year her music career really took off.

Our celebrated singer arrives at the airport of a Spanish town. Now she has to get to the TV stage for her performance. Unfortunately (or fortunately; else, there would be no game) this town is filled with people who take offence at the way she dresses or are just otherwise plain obnoxious. No zombies or aliens, just everyday people: housewifes, street punks, priests. To defend herself she can kick them or slap them with her boobs. Once you have guided her through all these perils, you get treated to her show on stage.
The game recieved some praise in its day. Micro Hobby gave it five stars, for what it's worth. It was not a rating system, no game could get less than five stars, it was more like a seal of approval. Later reviewers were less friendly. This may be due to the fact that the attitude towards this kind of entertainment has changed, or to the undeniable technical shortcomings which were more glaring in retrospect.
For technically, the game was anything but good. According to a CPC review, sprite animations (in themselves clumsy and robot-like) were not synchronized properly with the movement speed, so it looked as if her feet were sliding backwards. Movement keys were arcane. The music sounded as if it was played over a PC speaker. The Amstrad CPC version may have been a bit shoddier than the others (except for the ending scene, all graphics were in black and white only), but I doubt that differences were substantial.
The release history is not very well documented. It was originally an MSX game, released in 1987 or 1988, ported to Sinclair ZX Spectrum and Amstrad CPC a year later. To make things easier, I have listed all three versions under 1988. No version was ever published outside Spain.
