I think the Commodore 64 version was the only one where you could see the cards and Sam at the same time. The other two alternated between the card table and her, a system later employed, but not for reasons of platform limitation, in Teenage Queen. And only on the Commodore 64 were the photographs in grayscale, the others had monochrome. So the C64 was probably the best platform to play this little fan item that got quite good contemporary reviews but seldom found grace in the eyes of later observers.
he program features a high degree of artificial intelligence, it says ‘ere, so that Sammy analyses your play and alters her strategy accordingly. Hmm. I don't know whether this is strictly true, or whether she can actually see my cards, it's hard to say. But she did seem to know if the hand she had was worse than mine. Helpful if you want to win, I'd have said. And she does. Time after time after time!

Technical part of this game will satisfy even the most demanding players.
I give it an overall of 8 because it is has a very intuitive interface, and the graphics were good for a C64 game. In fact, if you took a digital photo of a person with a camera phone, then resized the image, it'd basically look like the graphics in the game. And if I ever play strip poker with Samantha Fox, I'll try this theory out and let everyone know.
all Martech's games are converted for the Acorn computers,

Her career started when she came in second in a topless photograph competition organised by the British newspaper The Sunday People
in 1983. She soon became a regular page three girl in the Sun and was
at the time probably Britain's main sex symbol.
In 1986, the same year that Samantha Fox Strip Poker came out, she
debuted with the hit single Touch Me (I Want Your Body)
. In
accordance to her image as a national sex symbol, the video (and the
song itself) was pretty steamy.
In the 90s she became a born-again Christian for a while. In 2003, she revealed that she was a lesbian and in love with her manager, Myra Stratton. While she is nowhere as popular as in the 80s, she still has her fans.
