Live actors and full motion video in a strategy gameouch,
or so I thought at first when I first read this.
But then, SimCity was never really meant to be a strategy game. It
was not even meant to be a game, Will Wright often referred to it
as a toy
. It is a simulation, and getting visual feedback
for your decisions is an important part of it.
Note: The readme doesn't state a minimum CPU class or speed, but the game needs 4MB RAM, 2MB of which have to be configured as EMS. That would usually rule out anything below a 386. However, the FreeDOS team have developed an EMS manager for 286 CPUs, EMM286. I have not tested the game in this configuration.
