Screenshot Galleries

I thought it might be a nice idea to have a page that links to all the game screenshots I have put up on my site. Besides, I have a number of screenshots from games where I never made a page after all. So expect more to come.

• Alphaman is a post-apocalyptic roguelike game with ASCII graphics.

• HEXEN Pre-Release Screenshots
• Loom is one of the strangest games I have ever played, but beautiful, ah, so beautiful.
• Sexy Droids
• Faces from Shadowrun (SNES): There have been two video game adaptions of the PnP RPG Shadowrun. The one for SEGA is usually considered the more authentic, but I like the one for the SNES better. The faces are taken from the dialog screens.
• Soko-ban is, unlike the other games, not really a pretty sight with its CGA palette. The menu animations, which I could not reproduce here, were admirable, however.
• Teenage Queen is one of the few strip poker games where the pictures are neither photos nor anime style. The graphics by Jocelyn Valais are the best ever created for EGA.
• Terranigma is a SNES game that could be described in similar terms. I have put up some screenshots from gameplay and the credits.
• Ultima IV with a seperate gallery for the NES version.
• Wasteland
• Wolfenstein 3D (SNES)

The images are always in the format that makes them smallest, usually, this is png, sometimes gif. If you have a very old browser that does not support png, you might see only text.

All these screenshots were either distributed by the producer of the game for publicity purposes (the pre-release ones) or I have taken them myself. In both cases you can distribute them freely, put them up on your site or whatever.

Note that the graphics themselves are copyright by the producers of the respective games, of course.
