While not quite as nice as the later SmileTris 2, Christian Gruais' first game is probably the most configurable Dr. Mario clone ever. You can choose the height and width of the playing field, the number of different colors, the number of smileys and more. While it does not have the skinnability of the later game (the two features are for practical purposes mutually exclusive), you can select a background image and the colors of the smileys and pills. As a special feature a pin-up model will cross the window after each level, but you can turn that off, too.
