To be frank, I know nothing of this game. It came to my attention because it uses the same style of graphics as the first Tetris arcade machine by Atari and Tet42. The Uky Company S. A. of course has never existed, and the two creators, Fernando J. González and Hernán J. Ordoñez, do not show up on the credits of any other known game.
A wild guess is that they were students of the University of Kentucky at the time, which has the URL uky.edu. But as I say, that is only a wild guess.
