What is it?
Making small, Fallout-themed games was a popular pastime among programming-savvy Fallout fans while waiting for the release of Tactics. This one is a noughts and crosses, by a Russian programmer identified only as Dimitri. The AI is not very strong. Due to the rather small playing field draws are not uncommon.
