SlowView by Nikolaus Brennig is obviously supposed to be an IrfanView replacement. Well, it's not quite up to the job, but it has some extra features and is nice to have around. Especially it supports PNG transparency, which IrfanView does not.
NeoPaint is an excellent graphics program for DOS.
PictView is a DOS-based multiformat image viewer and converter.
4P (Pixel Pushing Paint Program) is going to be a paint program for low-color, low-resolution images in the style of Electronic Arts' Deluxe Paint. Last updated 2002-07-02.
