InkBall for Windows XP

I have seen many users are searching for the game

InkBall

which comes as a standard game under Windows Vista,

but doesn't run under Windows XP.

I have found a playable version of this game in a forum at

It has, however, 3 disadvantages:

It is only in English (which doesn't mean much for the game)
it is hard to find and
you have to start it several times (some users report that they have to start it 20 times and more until it runs), because often it will open an error-message "InkBall has caused a problem and must be closed". If you don't mind this, then the game will start at some time and will run exactly as in Windows Vista.
