General Description
Our house is situated in a quite and sunny area.
There is a small bridge next to the house which leads over the small river (Sattniz) to a cycle path.
The cycle path is part of a very large network of cycle paths which lead to Lake Worth and to most parts of Klagenfurt and the surrounding area.
The appartment is situated on the first floor of the house and includes a very large covered balcony equipped with various garden chairs and a table. This balcony provides a beautiful view of green Forests.
The garden provides a large grass area for children to play and also a play house for children.
We also have a full size table-tennis table, a garden grill, bicycles and a large covered paved garden area.
The house backs on to a small river which flows from Lake Worth. The water is very clean and swimming is allowed. Children however, should be supervised. The entrance to the swimming area and river has a gate.
There is ample parking space.
Description of the Apparment.
The apparment has central heating, a large living area combined with a fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven, fridge, coffee-maker, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary pots, pans, crockery, knives and forks etc. There are two separate double bedrooms, a shower, WC and an entrance hall.
