Welcome

The apartment is located near the city center not far away from the Naschmarkt, U4 station Kettenbrückengasse and Karlsplatz is only one station away. The apartment lies in the 5th district, around the corner at the crossway Kettenbrückengasse and Schoenbrunner Strasse. It adjoins to the 4th district by only one street.

In the apartment there is a bedroom, a spacious living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The toilet is seperately at the corridor.

Bedroom and living room can be accessed seperately. The apartment is completely furnished. In the apartment there is free WiFi.

Upon request we can provide you a child cot and child chair without extra charge.

Bedroom

In the bedroom there is a french size (200x160cm) double bed. It is also equipped with a wardrobe, a dressing table and a dresser. There is also a 24 Inch LED FHD-TV in the bedroom.

Living room

In the spacious living room there is a bed sofa with coffee table, a dining table with 6 chairs and a desk. In the living room wall shelf there is a 47 Inch LED smart FHD-TV.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with gas-elektric-cooker, elektric oven, refregirator, kitchen sink and kitchen cupboard. An electric water boiler and a coffee machine are also available.

Bathroom & Toilet

The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and shower set, washbasin and mirror cabinet. The toilet is seperately at the corridor.
