TWINING PROJECT
SOUTH AFRICA
In co-operation with ROUND TABLE AUSTRIA, CLUB 41 AUSTRIA
with support from RT 155 Umhlanga (South Africa) the project
„Khulani Children’s Shelter“ is being
realised and supervised. In South Africa the initial preparations
have already been provided.
In this area of South Africa Aids is one of the main
problems. Already many children are without parents.
It’s mainly these children who should profit from
this project.
We would like to state the most important points for
this project as follows:
• Building of a new and bigger school (about US$
7.000,--)
• Building of detached houses with 3 bedrooms
each, in which 6 children and a foster mother will be
able to live (US$ 7.000,--)
• Admission for further children in need of supervision
All net profits out of the sale of the wall calendar
„ptolemaeus 2005“ will go to the „Twining
Service Project“.
