Steve Jones' first writing attempts go back to the days of his childhood, growing up in remote parts of North Wales, where he wrote a poem about the incredible adventures of a super rabbit. He went to study at Liverpool University and later North London University where he gained a degree in Chemistry.

He has since lived in London, Frankfurt and Vienna, and over the years held a variety of jobs providing him with valuable insights into human nature. Occupations include:

Grocery boy, Farm Hand, Milkman’s Assistant, 50’s & 60’s Period Clothes Trader in Camden Town/Portobello Road, Chemist in Soap Factory, Hotel Dish-Washer, Berlitz English teacher, Life Insurance Salesman, Bagel Maker, Health Food Shop Assistant, Gardener, Building Labourer, Painter and Decorator, Military-Base Security Guard, Graphic Designer, Software Trainer, IT manager, Apple/PC Support Contractor, Courseware Developer, Technical Author.

Steve has written plays, staged in London, Vienna and Italy and several feature length screenplays in different stages of production with a few more on the way.
