Light has been given peculiar importance. The triangular window in the roof sends its light also into the so-called "chapelle" behind the round opening. The fan-like wooden roof construction adopts the traditional architecture of Southern France. The original stairwell was replaced by a metal structure covered by a glass-roof. Perforated metal sheets allow the light to protrude far into the basement. Particular care has been given also to the bath rooms which are tiled by soft, natural stone.
