HASHITA      -     concepts for schools

The    supervisory school authority officially approves our training in schools.

We teach in classes from the first level on. The content will be adopted according to the age of the pupils. We also offer lectures for the parents.

The principal point always is: selfdefense is no sport where I wnat to defeat my opponent. Selfdefense is the art to run away from the danger - unwounded if possible.

We offer three different programs for schools:
  3 hours introducton (i.e. school-camps at the JUFA)
  4-6 double lessons "Basics of Selfdefense"
  "Hashita - Selfedefense" through several school levels.

We highlight that we do not support sick personalities. We use force only if the own health or life is in danger. Revenge is no goal nor to show who is stronger. Hashita leads to a life in peace.

HASHITA      -     training for teachers

Because of the rising violence at schools that teachers have to deal with, we offer weekend seminars where physical, psychological and leagal issues are taught.
Our team therefore is completed by a former member of the Police Special Forces (Cobra).
