The tour takes us to a beautiful and invitingly restful garden where we find the empress Elisabeth's Art Nouveau monument - constructed in white marble.

At the centre of the garden is the 'Theseus Temple' and from this vantage point a number of the monumental buildings on the Ringstrasse can be admired.

Away from the noisy Ringboulevard the tour takes you on tranquil path through the historical gardens of the old Emperor's city.

The famous architects of the Ringboulevard brought their dreams to reality and a visit to one of these palaces, the Palais Epstein, demonstrates the glories of historicism.
