This
tour leads from the "Mölkerbastei" - the remains
of the Old City Wall where Beethoven lived - to the deep historical
cellars of subterranean Vienna which played such an important
role during the Turkish sieges of the city.
Passing
by the Scottish Monastery (so called - even though the monks
were Irish!) and through the old market places and the Jewish
Quarter provides an insight into the history of the City and
the people who formed it.
Many
anecdotes and tales help to recall long-past times.
