€ 13 for the 1st additional person per night plus, 10 plus for others
ON WEEKLY BASE IN AVERAGE:
€ 460 to 490 per week for 1 or 2 persons
€ 560 per week for 3 persons
€ 630 per week for up to 4 persons All-inclusive except for phone. Payment preferred on arrival.

My city apartment (and from time to time my studio), fully equipped flats dedicated for vacations and holidays in Vienna, for short term or longer periods of time, are self catering accommodation rentals direct from the owner. They are situated on the same landing, door to door.
Apartment interior (55 sq. M. / 592 sq. Ft. ) is an open space divided into areas rather than separate rooms. It is composed of living area, equipped with the dining table and LLoyd Loom sitting group, additional sofa and TV and writing table, in continuation there is a sleeping area with a spacious walk-in-closet. Further on, the fully equipped kitchen is next to the entrance In addition there is a separate bathroom. A room height of 360 cm. (circa 12 ft.) makes this holiday studio apartment extraordinarily spacious and light. It is best suited for 2 persons but can comfortably accommodate up to 4. The apartment was renovated in 2002, furnished and equipped with intention to preserve it's historic character but introducing a touch of modernity in addition to original elements: brick arches and visible wooden beams. ...........................................

The apartment is situated next to the center of the City, in the 7th Viennese district, 20 minutes on foot from Stephansplatz and Graben, which means, close to the very historical center of Vienna, short walk from Parliament and City Hall, Opera House and main museums and theaters on Ring Strasse. more about location and traffic ..................................................................................
