Abs' upcoming single Miss Perfect will be out on August 25. The DVD will include the much talked about track Spin which is a re-working of Dead Or Alive's You Spin Me Round with an added rap by Mr Breen.
Quote: ‘I’ve tried to veer away from sampling too much on the album but there were two tracks I couldn’t resist playing with’ says Abs. ‘I’ve re-worked Monie Love’s It’s a Shame and Dead or Alive’s You Spin Me Right Round (Baby Right Round). I didn’t know too much about Dead or Alive when I first heard the track, I just liked it, and hopefully what I’ve done with it gives it a new sense of life two decades on.

The Fast Food Rockers have announced that the follow up single to their UK hit Fast Food Song will be another catchy little number in the same vein.
Their second single is called Say Cheese (Smile Please) and the video will be shot in Spain in early August. The CD should be out in September.
The Hazzards' 1st UK single will be out soon on Better The Devil Records. The ukulele act from New York will release their song Gay Boyfriend, which has been remixed by ex-PWL mix master Pete Hammond.
The controversial song has been the topic of a heated debate over at the PWL Forum.

Fans of Lonnie Gordon will be pleased to hear that 2 of her club hits have been remixed and released on 2 gay compilations. Almighty associates Hit Squad have remixed the Quartzlock classic Love Eviction and the mix appears exclusively on Almighty's latest compilation Ultimate Gay Anthems. It's a continuous club mix compilation with CD 1 being mixed by Almighty and CD 2 being mixed by UK DJ Wayne G.
Wayne G has also mixed another Lonnie classic, the re-recorded version of "Happenin' All Over Again", and it is now available on Klone's Gayfest 2003 compilation.
If you're in Las Vegas in the near future, be sure to see the new Cirque du Soleil production Zumanity as none other than Lonnie Gordon is part of the cast of the raunchy show! The show will open on August 14th.
Ex-Steps member Lisa Scott-Lee is gearing up for her 2nd single Too Far Gone which will be out in early September. Promo CDs have already been sent out featuring mixes by Almighty, Illicit and Bimbo Jones.
Lisa has also recorded the club classic U Sure Do (once a hit for Strike) which is likely to be a B-side on the forthcoming single.
