Birgit Radl-Wanko is a consultant and trainer with over 12 years experience delivering projects and trainings to organizations in the private, public and nonprofit sector. Clients of hers were among others: American Red Cross, Asea Brown Boveri, Telekom Austria, Johnson&Johnson, Austrian Federal Ministries and Regional Governments, United Nations and several corporate academies.

She has designed and delivered leadership development programmes and curricula for managers as well as high potentials. Specific topics included: leadership foundations; communication, conflict resolution, organizational culture and learning, system dynamics and systems thinking (dealing with complexity).

As a consultant she was leading projects on the design and implementation of performance management frameworks (scorecards) and processes in fast moving consumer goods companies, the telecom industry and nonprofits.

Birgit’s passion is driving and promoting learning and development and enabling leadership skills in people that help them mobilize others and address challenging issues.

She is committed to constant learning herself and has been trained in leadership (Peter Senge, C. Otto Scharmer, Ron Heifetz), system dynamics/systems thinking (John Sterman, Peter Senge), nonviolent communication (Marshall Rosenberg), future search (Marvin Weisborn, Sandra Janoff). She has also been the president of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) Austria.

Birgit holds a Master in Business Administration from Vienna University of Business Administration and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She is an Austrian citizen and is currently a resident in Doha, Qatar.
