According to the traditional old-fashioned "top down" approach performance appraisal or feedback may only given by one's boss. In a 360° feedback and development project there are different feedback providers - managers, peers, colleagues and or customers. Each of these groups provides a different perspective on an individual's performance.

  • For the top management level we recommend the SHL Inventory of Management Competencies . For middle and lower management you can chose from a range of skills indicators and online questionnaires.
  • We deliver feedback sessions to the assessed managers and help them to interpret the results, to make the right conclusions and to initiate the appropriate development steps.
