Who are we?

Amadeus Rom Consultants SRL is a management consulting and training company founded by Alexander Fuhrmann. Since its foundation 1996 it has been active on the Romanian market offering performance improvement programs for employees in key activity fields. In the course of the last ten years our customers - Romanian and international companies operating in Romania - have come to trust us and rely on our services.

Our focus

As a consulting and training company we focus our work on personnel evaluation and development. This means providing the right tools when hiring your people as well as educating them by means of trainings and workshops. We provide mental tools to improve their attitudes and to help them in solving problems on each level. We offer ready-to-take training programs as well as training modules to be assembled according to your specific needs. Training and evaluation always involve a wide spectrum of methods, e.g.: group discussions, role-playing, self evaluation, case studies, video training, outdoor training.
