Dr. Petra Mueller-Demary

 

Dr. Mueller-Demary was born in Germany and has been living in Romania since 1995.

She studied Social Sciences and Education in Wuppertal and graduated on the motivational analysis of security consciousness and behaviour.

She has 15 years of practical experience in the field of Human Resources. She worked for the German chemical company Henkel KGaA in Düsseldorf in the Management Development and Executive Training Department, later as a consultant for Executive Search and Recruitment. She attended several advanced training courses in Theme-Centered Interaction and Transactional Analysis.

Dr. Mueller-Demary joined Amadeus Rom Consultants in 1999. Her main fields of activity are Management Evaluation, Assessment Center, 360° Feedback projects, Team Development and Coaching. Her special field of interest and of ongoing education are the advanced problem solving methods Systemic Structural Constellation and Solution Focussed Consulting.

Dr. Mueller-Demary speaks German, English and Romanian.
