Fostering Systemic Change
Our world is more connected and thus more complex than ever before. Complex issues are complicated to grasp AND dynamic (continuously changing) at the same time.
As the various disciplines become ever more specialized and information more abundant we need to ensure that we…
…still understand the big picture: organizations, units and individuals will be more effective and motivated to contribute if they know how their puzzle piece fits into the overall picture.
… see the relationships between the pieces: an organization is only as successful as processes are connected and units and individuals communicate and cooperate.

Only when our ways of seeing, thinking, planning and acting reflect this connectivity will organizations be able to navigate through change processes and sustain long-term success.

The goal is to successfully deal with complexity in order to improve organizational performance and continue personal growth.
