The MISSION of HOPE-F-U-L is to TURN STREET CHILDREN INTO SCHOOL CHILDREN. Ideally, we would like to place ALL children in boarding schools, possibly outside the buzz and unfavorable climate of Kampala, so that children would just use the Center/Orphanage during school holidays and to reconnect with their friends.
