What you should never do:
Building farms when you are Undead (cause Undead don't need food)
Play thief/mage when you are playing Orc (cause orcs have a serious thievery/magic penalty and should be played as attackers)
Building stables when you are Avian (cause avians can't use horses)
Building randomly without a strategy - "shopping-cart strat" (this will bring you down - you need to check out the various buildings, then do some calculations and then decide on a strategy and stick to it)
Make attacks on a third kingdom when your kingdom is at war (cause it's bad for the kingdom, and there are penalties on such attacks)
Send all your thieves to do a Spy On Military (cause 1 thief is enough!)
Attack without calculating first - "blind attack" - (best thing to do is using the Utopia Angel)
Attack when you can't leave enough defense at home (suicide - see also technical terms)
